Located in beautiful Mission Bay’s super calm Bonita Cove and Mission Point is a sandy bottomed beach entry that offers a protected snorkel environment that is fun for the whole family, this unique snorkel spot is protected by large breakwater rocks that provide an ideal habitat for local sea life, and has been referred to by some visitors as an underwater zoo, where you can view star fish, garibaldi, lobster, stingray, octopus, eels, sea bass, and more.
